A comprehensive guide to our hackathon evaluation process from start to finish.
Teams participating in the hackathon should prepare their team names and project names on thermocol sheets or charts. Please stick your team name and project name visibly on your table. The first round of evaluation will be based on this information.
Teams must prepare charts to elaborate on their hackathon project ideas. This round serves as the second evaluation stage.
Step 3 requires teams to complete at least 30% of their project code. This round marks the third stage of evaluation.
Step 4 involves teams completing 60% of their project coding. This round constitutes the fourth stage of evaluation.
Step 5 requires teams to complete their projects and present them to jury members and faculty at the college. This round marks the final stage of evaluation, where the top 5 teams will be selected.
Step 6 involves awarding prizes to the winning teams based on their performance and innovation demonstrated during the hackathon.
